Joanna Elliott

Joanna is a business marketing, internet technology professional, human capital leader and creative director with 20 years of experience helping businesses and their people work efficiently and look better.  Joanna began her professional career as a scientist in a highly regarded technical consulting firm, but quickly turned her focus to bringing transformative solutions to businesses.  Joanna managed an internal technology team at Arthur Andersen and then went on to manage large scale technology for businesses such as IBM, national law firms and international retailers such as The Home Depot.  Joanna leveraged her experiences into a successful technology and business consulting practice launching the marketing, ecommerce and online presence efforts of boutiques, non-profits, law firms, fitness studios, specialty retailers and other businesses large and small. Filling the role of Director of Business Operations, Ecommerce and Internet Solutions, Joanna recently completed a multi-year project in which she grew ecommerce sales from almost zero to more than $10 million while establishing processes, implementing technology, directing creative production and training staff to fulfill more than 30,000 ecommerce orders per day. The culmination of these experiences, with a hands-on insider understanding of large enterprise operations and small firm limitations, together with a dedication to quality and a creative vision allows Joanna to bring the very best to her clients today. She stays focused and determined on providing results, without losing sensitivity for the business’ bottom line. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and is an accomplished photographer and designer.
